Sunderland community action group management have the right to:

• Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions. 
• We will manage customer expectations through consultation with clients.
• We do not tolerate anti social behaviour. Aggressive behavior, unlawful behaviour, hate speech, bullying. 
• We have the right to cancel and .
• Service users under the age of 12 must be dropped of and picked up by a responsible adult.
• We do not offer 1-1 support for children or adults with learning needs of disabilities due to staffing quota.
