History and mission

Sunderland Community Action Group was formed in 2015  in response to local demand for youth and community services in Sunderland.

Services we offer at Sunderland Community Action Group: Play, youth, detached, outreach,  employment and business support services.

All services are bespoke and adaptable to suit the participant or service users needs.

Sunderland Community Action Group values how important community engagement is. We believe that  empowering  young people to take ownership  of their own environment will help young people feel better connected to their own identity and embrace it. 

We often focus our youth and community sessions on developing young people through a holistic, inclusive approach.
