Menus are developed in consultation with the children and young people, ensuring that their preferences are taken into account while also meeting all dietary requirements. This inclusive approach not only promotes healthy eating habits but also empowers participants by involving them in decision-making around the food they consume.  Overall, the sessions aim to provide a supportive, engaging, and inclusive environment where children can thrive both socially and emotionally while exploring new interests while building lifelong skills.
